Roooolll Tide Roll!! and other exciting news!!

This was the first game of the season...little did we know the excitement that was to come...and hopefully is to come!  Max has worn this outfit everyday since that first game.  He also has informed us that he wants to be a running back....I'm hoping for him to be a kicker!!

As my next post will show you that I am grieving my "baby" turning 2 (although truly enjoying every new day with these 2), the Lord has chosen to bless us with another....here is baby #3 at 9 weeks!

We are sooo excited about our new brother or sister!!  We have to wait until the end of March to meet him or her!  Max thinks it is a girl and originally wanted to name her "Murray"!

My "baby" is 2!!!!!

Milly on the morning of her birthday....loves her b'day hat!! And truly loves her b'day suit...truth be told!!

"Peeky Boo" as Milly calls it!  The bow is long gone...

Big brother Max helping Milly open her presents....yeah, he was just as excited about her new critter house as she was!!

Milly's favorite thing to do at her party - SLIDE!!  She must have gone down this slide 100 times!!  She had a CRAZY but fun time at the Rainbow Room!!!

For those of you who are getting to know Milly through pictures and from afar, this is our GIRL!  She is all about the heels, the dolls, the jewelry, the sunglasses, PINK, and even MAKE-UP!  She is such a joy....

Couple of fun days.....

Here's some fun pictures from the last week.....we have had a busy few days of the fair, painting pottery, Ellington agricultural center, and the pool!  Sorry the quality isn't that great, but my iPhone's camera gets the job done in the moment!  Sara & Elliott captured some better fair pictures that I'll try to get on here soon.

My little artists....so sad that their mom is not crafty and has to take them places to encourage their creativity!!

Farmer Milly enjoying the fruit of her hard labor - ICE CREAM!!

Max, Milly, and Nathan - this was a 2 second Milly pose that I miraculously caught!

We had so much fun doing everything else that this was the only ride Max had time to do!!

The petting zoo....goats, camels, yaks, water buffalo, sheep, tortoises, and porcupines - yes, these were in the petting zoo but not within reach :)!!

One of their favorite things...the clowns!  Milly wasn't too sure during the first show, but when the clown threw popcorn on Trevor, it warmed her heart!  The way to this girl's heart is through food!!!

Another hurried pose - Calvin (aka Calkin to Milly), Max, Milly, and Nathan
The farmers gathering their corn during the farming exhibit!

Ahhh...the iphone camera!!!

So I thought I'd update with a few random pictures from our new toys...
our iphone cameras!!  The pictures aren't the best quality,
but they allow us to capture the moments a whole lot more :)!!

Hanging at Blue Coast with Mary Kate and Jacob -
yes, there has been talk of prearranged marriages!

Robin Hood with his cool popsicle/ice cream holder as well as his Wii boxing shirt!

She thinks they are a necklace and a purse...yes, she is as girly as they come!

Laundry day - otherwise, known our boat and PJ day!!!

Ahhh....the cozy cabin in NY

What we love to do at Trout Pond....
Milly's 1st Sparkler - Happy 4th of July!!!
Yes, we went to the races, and Max was in HEAVEN!!!  It was his first real race, and he loved every minute of it.  There were lots of crashes too which he was excited about!!

Max's first jump off the waterfall!  He loved it and did it again and again and again....

You know you're with Grandma when you are allowed to have ice cream at 10 in the morning!!!
Their great grandfather used to be president of this railroad!!!

Chillin' on the pond.....

First arrival picture....Max was so excited as he had been up since 4 a.m. when he decided to serenade his parents with a little "Sweet Home Alabama" as we got ready to fly out at an ungodly hour!!!
Max's first fish of the trip....literally the minute he got down to the water he started fishing!!
Cruel picture, I know, but hilarious too!  Milly accidentally got a little too close to the edge right when we got there!  Needless to say she kept her distance after this unexpected dip in the water....which wasn't all bad!!!

Well, it has been quite awhile now since I updated my blogspot, so I thought I should add a few more pictures from our recent travels to the Adirondacks where we stayed with my parents at their cozy cabin!

Happy Belated Easter!!!

Um, Mom, we are freezing, can you hurry this picture thing up!?!?!
Milly's first Peep...which she didn't even finish.
Max takes after me and could eat the whole box!!

Here's a few pics from our FREEZING Easter!
We barely could stand the cold to get a few pictures!

Great Trip!!

We just got home from a fun trip to Nana and Grandad's house!  Max and Milly loved the golf cart rides, the dancing at the square every night, and the swimming pool.  We even snuck in a quick visit to the beach before Trevor's concert on the coast!  I'm attaching a few pictures from our visit!

Circus

So I am getting a little carried away with my blogging and making up for lost time, but I couldn't resist posting these hilarious pictures that Mom just sent me from our trip to the circus!! The kids LOVED the entire thing. Milly clapped and pointed through the whole thing....of course, everything was a dog! Max thoroughly enjoyed his cotton candy and snocone...compliments of his Mimi and Boppa! He did get a pretty great hat and nose out of the deal too!

Our little model....

Mom made the most beautiful dress for Milly, so I just have to show it off! Milly was being a stinker the night of her "fashion shoot" (loose term as Mom and I tried to grab a few snapshots right before bed!), so the best picture we have of her smiling was when she was running from the camera! I am so grateful for talented people in my life as I have the creativity of a ....see I am so uncreative that I couldn't even think of anything to compare it to! It is neat to see the handiwork of those around me, and I am grateful that my children benefit from such creativity! I need to give a shout out to my dad who always takes credit for "training Mary Anne so well"...in his own words!

This one says it all as she is on the run!
